While the terms of the deal were not disclosed, it is has been speculated that the purchase price was between $50-70M.Founded in 2013 by Michael Black, Eric Rachlin, Bill O’Farrell, and Alex Weiss, Body Labs had raised a total of $13.2M over two rounds.  Its backers include Alex Weiss, Bill O’Farrell, Catalus Capital, Eric Rachlin, FirstMark, Intel Capital, Max Planck Innovation, Michael Black, New York Angels, and Osage University Partners.
